• Compact Heavy-Duty Design: XHF19 features a narrow 9mm width combined with a substantial 7mm thickness, creating a compact yet solid sealing profile for fire doors and fire windows. This structure suits installations where limited surface width and stronger body depth are both important.
• PVC+EVA Material Structure: The PVC+EVA composition brings together outer durability and inner flexibility. The PVC section supports dimensional stability and wear resistance, while the EVA element adds cushioning contact for smoother daily use on entrance doors and interior doors.
• Passive Fire Protection: Inside the seal, the intumescent core reacts to rising heat and expands when temperatures exceed 200°C, helping close the door gap against smoke and flame spread. Initial expansion begins at 246°C, main expansion occurs at 301°C, and the core expands to at least 3 times its original thickness. With 980°C resistance for 30 minutes and smoke control beyond 90 minutes, XHF19 suits demanding fire-rated door systems.
