Can you customize the sealing strips according to our drawings/samples?

Yes, we support OEM & ODM services. We can customize the cross-section, dimensions, color, hardness and length per your 2D/3D drawings or samples.

What is the delivery time for regular orders?

Standard products take 7–15 days for delivery. Customized items requiring new molds take 20–30 days, depending on order quantity and customization complexity.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For standard products, the MOQ is 2,000 meters . For customized products, the usual MOQ is 20,000 meters (subject to mold requirements), and this is negotiable.

Can you provide small-batch trial orders?

Yes, we accept small trial orders with a minimum of 100 meters, to help you test product compatibility and collect market feedback.

What is the packaging method for the product?

Our products are generally coiled and packed in cartons. Each carton is marked with product specifications, quantity and batch number for easy transport and storage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T and L/C as payment terms. Our standard payment term is 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% paid against the copy of Bill of Lading (B/L).
