Intelligent Composite Engineering: The use of an EVA-infused carrier allows the XHF01 to offer superior elasticity and cushioning compared to standard rigid PVC seals. In normal service conditions, this flexibility ensures a tighter fit against door perimeters, effectively dampening sound and preventing drafts. The external PVC layer provides a protective shield against moisture and mechanical wear, ensuring the internal intumescent core remains ready for activation throughout the entire lifespan of the door assembly.

Reactive Thermal Defense: When a fire occurs and ambient temperatures reach 200°C, the XHF01 transitions into an active fire-fighting component. Starting at 246°C, the hidden intumescent core begins to expand, reaching its main expansion phase at 301°C. The material swells to at least three times its original 3.5 mm thickness, creating a high-density, carbonized char that hermetically seals the door gaps. This physical “weld” is essential for compartmentalization, starving the fire of oxygen and blocking the migration of flames.

Comprehensive Smoke Suppression: Toxic gas inhalation is the primary hazard in building fires, and the XHF01 is engineered to eliminate this risk. It is laboratory-verified to maintain total smoke integrity for over 90 minutes, ensuring that life-threatening fumes are contained within the fire compartment. With a thermal endurance rating of 980°C for 30 minutes, this seal maintains its structural form without ashing, keeping evacuation corridors clear and providing occupants with a critical safety margin for egress.
