The XHM311 coated weather strip is a kerf slot sealing solution developed for interior doors and furniture that require a clean installation, soft contact, and dependable long-term performance. Built with a polyurethane foam core and a durable PE outer coating, it combines stable compression, quiet sealing, and a refined appearance in one compact butt seal profile.

Purpose-built for kerf slot systems: XHM311 is designed for groove-mounted applications with a 5mm groove width and 3mm to 3.3mm groove depth. Its 10mm compression capacity suits installation spaces from 2mm to 4mm, allowing the seal to maintain close contact across narrow and moderate clearances. This makes it especially suitable for cabinet doors, wardrobe systems, room doors, and other interior assemblies where appearance and fit matter.

Quiet comfort with stable recovery: The PU foam structure offers excellent resilience under repeated compression, with compression set ≤10% after high-temperature testing. This helps the strip retain its sealing body and contact consistency over time. With compression force ≤10N, XHM311 supports a softer closing feel, helping reduce harsh impact noise while improving everyday comfort in interior spaces.

Durability beyond daily use: The PE-coated surface protects the strip against wear, moisture, UV exposure, and aging, supporting reliable sealing performance for more than 10 years.
