The XHM315 coated weather strip is a kerf slot sealing solution designed for interior doors and furniture where precise fit, soft closing, and long-term appearance all matter. Built with a polyurethane foam core and a protective PE outer coating, it combines stable compression performance with a clean, integrated installation style for premium indoor applications.

Optimized for groove-mounted sealing: XHM315 features a kerf slot butt seal design for secure installation in grooves with a 6mm width and 2.7mm to 3.2mm depth. With 12mm compression and a recommended sealing range of 4mm to 5mm, it suits interior assemblies that need fuller edge coverage and dependable contact without bulky exposed sealing materials.

Refined comfort in daily use: The PU foam core provides a soft cushioning effect and strong recovery after repeated compression. With compression set ≤10%, the strip maintains its original sealing form over time, while compression force ≤10N supports a quieter and smoother closing experience. This makes XHM315 especially suitable for room doors, wardrobes, cabinets, and other furniture systems where comfort and finish quality are important.

Long-lasting indoor protection: The PE-coated surface gives the strip reliable resistance to wear, moisture, UV exposure, and aging, helping preserve sealing performance for more than 10 years. It remains stable in temperatures from -40℃ to 90℃ and withstands 500,000 opening and closing cycles without obvious deformation.
