The XHM217 coated weather strip is designed for applications that need a balanced combination of sealing depth, soft compression, and long-term stability. With a polyurethane foam core and durable PE outer coating, it provides dependable protection across a wide range of uses, including windows, window blackout products, entrance doors, interior doors, and furniture.

Optimized for medium gaps: With a 12mm width, 8.5mm thickness, and sealing range of 3.5mm to 5.5mm, XHM217 suits frames and panels that require more body than ultra-slim seals but less bulk than heavy-duty profiles. This balanced structure helps create a neat contact line and consistent sealing performance in both swinging and sliding systems.

Quiet comfort and stable performance: The PU foam material offers excellent recovery after compression, with compression set ≤10% even under demanding test conditions. Low compression force supports smoother opening and closing, while sound insulation performance of up to 45 dB helps improve indoor comfort in residential and commercial spaces.

Built for long service life: The PE-coated surface adds strong resistance to aging, abrasion, UV exposure, and water, helping the strip maintain sealing performance for more than 10 years outdoors.
