The XHM234 coated weather strip is a slim sealing solution designed for applications that require precise contact, clean installation, and dependable long-term performance. Made with a high-resilience polyurethane foam core and a durable PE outer coating, it delivers effective sealing for windows, window blackout products, entrance doors, interior doors, and furniture.

Refined dimensions for tighter clearances: With a 9mm width, 3.3mm thickness, and recommended sealing range of 2.5mm to 3mm, XHM234 is well suited for narrow-gap structures where oversized seals may affect appearance or operating comfort. Its compact profile supports smooth use in both swinging and sliding systems while maintaining a neat and consistent sealing line.

Durable structure with stable recovery: The PU foam core provides excellent resilience and long-term shape retention, with compression set ≤10% under demanding test conditions. This helps the strip maintain reliable contact after repeated compression. Low compression force also supports a lighter closing feel, making it suitable for applications where sealing efficiency and user comfort matter equally.

Protection for everyday and outdoor environments: The PE-coated surface offers strong resistance to wear, water, UV exposure, and aging, helping preserve sealing performance for more than 10 years. The strip remains stable across temperatures from -40℃ to 90℃ and withstands 500,000 opening and closing cycles without obvious deformation. With sound insulation of up to 45 dB, XHM234 provides dependable windproof, dustproof, waterproof, and noise-reducing performance in a slim profile.
