XHF15 combines a 20mm width with a 2mm thickness, creating a broad sealing surface without adding excessive bulk. This profile suits fire doors and fire windows that need neat installation, stable positioning, and consistent perimeter coverage.
- PVC+EVA Construction: The PVC+EVA material system balances structural firmness with cushioned contact. The PVC portion supports durability and shape retention, while the EVA component adds flexibility for improved sealing comfort during everyday opening and closing.
- Fire Safety Performance: When exposed to temperatures above 200°C, the internal intumescent core expands to block the gap and limit the spread of smoke and flames. Initial expansion starts at 246°C, main expansion occurs at 301°C, and the core reaches at least 3 times its original thickness. With 980°C resistance for 30 minutes and smoke control beyond 90 minutes, XHF15 is a dependable passive fire protection solution for entrance and interior doors.
