The XHM329 coated weather strip is a kerf slot sealing solution developed for windows, entrance doors, and interior doors where stable installation, long-term resilience, and reliable environmental protection are essential. Built with a high-performance polyurethane foam core and a durable PE outer coating, it combines soft compression with a clean sealing line for both residential and commercial applications.

Optimized for groove-mounted systems: XHM329 features a kerf slot butt seal structure designed for a 2mm groove width and 3.2mm to 4.8mm groove depth. With a recommended installation space of 5.5mm to 6mm, it is well suited for frames and door systems that require precise edge sealing and a secure, concealed fit. This design helps maintain a tidy appearance while supporting dependable contact along the sealing surface.

Engineered for long-term material stability: The PU foam core offers excellent resilience under repeated compression, with compression set ≤10% after high-temperature testing. Compared with many traditional sealing materials, PU foam delivers better recovery and lower closing resistance, helping preserve a more consistent sealing effect over time. With compression force ≤10N, XHM329 also supports smoother and quieter operation in everyday use.

Protection in demanding environments: The PE-coated surface adds strong resistance to aging, abrasion, UV exposure, and water, allowing the strip to maintain sealing performance for more than 10 years outdoors. It remains stable across temperatures from -40℃ to 90℃ and withstands 500,000 opening and closing cycles without obvious deformation. With sound insulation of up to 45 dB, XHM329 serves as a durable solution for windproof, dustproof, waterproof, and noise-reducing protection.
