The XHM224 coated weather strip is a versatile sealing solution developed for applications that require dependable performance, long service life, and a clean finished appearance. Built with a resilient polyurethane foam core and a durable PE outer coating, it offers an effective balance of softness, recovery, and environmental resistance for windows, window blackout products, entrance doors, interior doors, and furniture.

Advanced sealing material: At the center of XHM224 is high-performance PU foam, a material known for lower compression set than many traditional sealing materials. Even after extended compression under elevated temperature conditions, the strip maintains strong shape retention with compression set ≤10%. This helps preserve stable contact over time and supports consistent sealing performance through repeated daily use.

Durability for demanding environments: The PE-coated outer layer provides strong resistance to aging, abrasion, UV exposure, and water, helping the strip maintain excellent sealing properties for more than 10 years in outdoor conditions. It also remains stable across a wide temperature range from -40℃ to 90℃, making it suitable for both cold and hot environments without loss of function.

Comfort, quietness, and long-term reliability: XHM224 is designed for both swinging and sliding systems, supporting smooth operation with low compression force ≤10N. After 500,000 opening and closing cycles, it shows no obvious deformation, highlighting its long-term resilience. With sound insulation performance of up to 45 dB, it also contributes to a quieter, more comfortable indoor environment while helping block wind, dust, and moisture.
