The XHM232 coated weather strip is a compact sealing solution developed for applications that require precise fit, soft compression, and reliable long-term performance. Built with a resilient polyurethane foam core and a durable PE outer coating, it offers effective sealing for windows, blackout products, entrance doors, interior doors, and furniture where a slimmer profile is preferred.

Compact design for accurate sealing: With an 8.5mm width, 4.5mm thickness, and sealing range of 2.5mm to 3.5mm, XHM232 is well suited for narrow and moderate clearances that require clean fitment without excessive bulk. Its compact dimensions support neat installation and dependable contact in both swinging and sliding systems, making it a practical option for refined architectural and furniture applications.

Soft compression with strong recovery: The PU foam core provides a balanced combination of flexibility and resilience, allowing the strip to compress smoothly while maintaining its original form over time. With compression set ≤10%, XHM232 keeps stable sealing contact even after repeated use. Low compression force also contributes to smoother opening and closing performance, helping reduce operating resistance while maintaining effective sealing.

Durability across daily and outdoor exposure: The PE-coated surface protects the strip against wear, moisture, UV exposure, and aging, supporting more than 10 years of sealing performance. It remains stable in temperatures from -40℃ to 90℃ and withstands 500,000 opening and closing cycles without obvious deformation. Combined with sound insulation of up to 45 dB, XHM232 offers a durable solution for windproof, dustproof, waterproof, and noise-reducing protection.
